Mantic Poems
Mantic poems are not literary artifacts in the conventional sense. They are messages—encoded transmissions from the Fabric of Consciousness, filtered through a healing and increasingly connected human instrument. They emerge during or after Connection Events, often involuntarily, and serve as vessels for clarity, insight, healing, and even confrontation. These poems are revelatory rather than reflective.
This kind of spiritual-poetic transmission is not without precedent. Most notably, the American poet James Merrill—sometimes called the “Ouija Board Poet”—spent decades channeling verse through a Ouija board in collaboration with his partner David Jackson. Their sessions, often involving the direct transcription of spirit dialogues, produced the Pulitzer-winning Divine Comedies and culminated in the 560-page epic The Changing Light at Sandover. Merrill treated the voices encountered not as hallucinations or fictions, but as real interlocutors—co-authors in a cross-dimensional dialogue. The results are critically acclaimed and serve as early cultural evidence of a mantic poetic tradition rooted in authentic mystical connection.
In the Avatar.Global framework, we understand such productions as arising from genuine interactions with the Fabric of Consciousness—encounters with entities, archetypal intelligences, or deep inner truths filtered through a bodily ego. Unlike elite-authored canonical verse or ideologically distorted mystical traditions, Mantic poetry within this framework serves as a potentially revolutionary vector. It tears veils, reveals lies, deconstructs trauma, and affirms connection.
The poems curated here are composed within the Lightning Path’s clear ontological and developmental framework. They emerge during states of reconnection and healing, facilitated by practices aligned with the LP’s HEALING and Connection frameworks. These poems speak to the core disjunctures of modern life: disconnection, alienation, spiritual repression, systemic trauma, and ideological control. But they also point forward—toward integration, awakening, and a return to our planetary responsibilities and potentials.
